Does anyone have any feedback on prices achieved at the Rendells auction? Rendells' only 'Sale Report' update is dated January 2006!!

I couldn't be there, but got some results over the phone (prices are hammer prices):1923 est £3.000, DNS.1924 est £2.000, at £1.950 Didn't sell last time (Rendells 14 Oct 2005, lot 1598, est £2.500) but now the estimatee was lower.1925-1932 DNS (estimates: 1925 £2.000; 1926 £1.250; 1927 £3.000; 1928 £12.000; 1929 £20.000; 1930 £25.000; 1931 £25.000; 1932 £20.000)Of these, lot 1927 was offered before by Rendells (17 Oct 2003, lot 1650, DNS) but unsold again.1933 est £19.500, at £20.000. May seem cheap compared to Halcyon prices, but Halcyon's 'Self-portrait in private studio' was, in my view, far superior (but still overpriced, even though it sold). There were some late additions, nothing particular, but lot 1940, 'Portrait of a gentleman', oil on board, sold for £480, which sounds like a bargain although I have not seen an image. The consignor of the oil paintings is away for some more weeks and Rendells will accept offers for the unsold lots (but since at least some reserves equal the estimates there will hardly be many offers).
