Unfortunately I was unable to attend the sale, but luckily I was able to purchase an original (Lisa in Blue Seated) via a telephone bid. I would very much like to purchase an auction catalogue. If anyone has one they would be willing to sell they can contact me on 0151 495 1194

Had the same problem myself, but managed to buy a copy from Rarecatalogues in New York!?! £15 including P&p.

Thanks for the info. I tried e-mailing them but they don’t have any left.

I suspect you will just have to keep an eye on eBay. I’ve already seen one go through (just a week or so after the auction), and I think that sold for £52!

Out of curiosity, does anybody have any idea how many of these Sotheby's are likely to have had printed? It can't have been that many, as they were sold out by the day of the auction ... or perhaps it was just very very popular.

I have one for sale for £100 set before I place on ebay – I also have the Lenkiewicz books one which is gorgeous.

PS Anyone have the early 2003 Rendells Auction catalogue.

    Hi Grimley,
Thanks for the lead to rarecatalogues, I have now received a copy from them.
