Some people think this picture was/is Robert’s Masterpiece.

I know it is in Private hands but does anyone know of its whereabouts?

A good source once told me that the current owner was once so affronted by Robert that he is letting it slowly rot in a wet barn in cornwall.

I believe this painting is alive and well and living in Cambridge. However it has a clear relationship to the unfinished “Last Supper” painting. I’m sure the forthcoming notes on this to be published by the Foundation will draw this comparison in its introduction/foreward.

If that’s the case, what a relief! What notes are you refering to Francis? And when will they be published?

See thread “The new facsimile of the Last Judgement”. But I now believe this refers to the mural in Southside Street rather than the unfinished Last Supper painting.
